In response to public health measures for COVID-19, and in order to protect the health and well-being of patients, front line staff and interpreters, we recommend video interpreting where possible, or alternatively telephone interpreting or teleconference interpreting. We are happy to offer advice on the most suitable option matching your requirements. Where appropriate preventive COVID-19 protocols are in place face-to-face interpreting is still an option.
